All quotes provided by Leaf Bean Machine Pty Ltd are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate of 2% per month on the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to suspend or withhold services until overdue amounts are settled.
Delivery and installation timelines are estimates and may be subject to change due to manufacturer lead times, shipping delays, or site conditions. We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines and will communicate any delays promptly.
You are responsible for ensuring that the installation site is suitable and accessible for our technicians. Any additional costs arising from site inadequacies or changes to the agreed scope of work may be charged separately.
Equipment supplied by Leaf Bean Machine Pty Ltd is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, the terms of which will be provided at the time of sale. Our installation and repair workmanship is warranted for a period of 90 days from the date of completion.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorised modification, failure to follow operating instructions, or normal wear and tear. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
